My Job Queue

The My Job Queue section of the Role Center displays job queue entries that you have started but that are not yet completed. By default, this section is not visible, so you must add it to the Role Centre. For more information, see Changing Basic Settings.

This section shows which documents with your ID in the Assigned User ID field are being processed or queued, including documents related to background posting. The section can tell you at a glance if there was an error in posting the document or if there were errors in the job queue entry. The section also allows you to cancel the posting of the document if it is not started.

View an error from My Job Queue

  • For an item with an Error status, choose the View Error button.

  • Check the error message to resolve the issue.
