Job Concluding Insurance Contracts Can be run from the Role Center Insurance across Actions/Changes/Concluding Insurance Contracts.

The task is used to check insurance contracts before the status changes to Sealed and a change in status.

Batch Job Based on Specified period will go through all the contracts they have during this period Valid To and switches them to the status after checking Closed.

Inspects:

  • whether they are Posted All lines of the insurance calendar for the client (this is posted when the lease payment is posted)

  • Whether the lines in the insurance company's insurance calendar are Sent (Issued statement of type Strain)

If insurance calendars aren't posted or sent, the status doesn't switch.
