Contract Header Marking As Booked (For Installment Sales)

Addition of the Mark as posted / unposted button - applies only to contracts with Financing Type = Instalment Sale:

  • On the Financing Contract List form, Main Page bar, Promotions section, and also on the Financing Contract card, the same option (Action) there is a new button (option) Mark as Posted / Unposted. After pressing the button on the marked contracts, or on the contract selected in the card with Financing Type = Instalment Sale, the OC will carry out the Instalment Sale under the conditions that the contract is in a state higher or equal to the Effective (Active) status:

    • Adds Document No. (Field No. 19355 Document No. (IS) ) = according to the settings or current functionality (usually = contract number)

    • Adds Posted (Field No. 19359 Posted (IS)) = Yes on contract header

Note: for an already marked contract header, after pressing the Document number and the Posted flag again, it will be cleared again.
