Short Process Description - Role Centers

The Role Center is the "default" screen for a given user after logging into the system. In the leasing company's practice, this is assigned to users, for example, according to the department where the user works.

There is quite a large number of pre-built rolecenters directly from Microsoft and 7 rolecenters for the OC system:

  • OneCore - Sales Manager

  • OneCore – Financing

  • OneCore – Financing (All products)

  • OneCore – Insurance

  • OneCore – Funding

  • OneCore - Migration

  • OneCore – Rent Car Dispatcher

It is governed by the following rules:

  • If a default profile (Profile ID) is set in User Customization, this role will be set for the user after logging into the system

  • If the default profile (Profile ID) is not set in User Customization, the user will be set to the role center that the user last used when logging into the system.

  • If a user has permission to change the role center, they can do so via the settings (wheel) in the upper right corner of the screen and selecting My settings.

    • After confirmation, the Edit - My Settings dialog box opens, where the user can select the rolecenter in the Role field.

    • When you press the AssistEdit button, a list of available rolecenters opens:

    • After confirming and reconfirming My settings, the selected rolecenter will be loaded.

Functionality Description

With the help of rolecenters, it is possible to prepare a tailor-made menu for individual users in the system.
