Transformation for report Insurance

If the insurance company requires the report or web service to send data in their "codes", i.e. not as they are listed in the database, it is possible to set up conversion to the Transformation table for PO reporting.

Description of the Transformation table for PO reporting:

• Report Table No.

  • User selects the table used in the insurance report definition

• Report Table Name

  • Completes the system after selecting a table

• Report Field No.

  • The user selects the table field used in the insurance report definition

• Report Field Name

  • Completes the system after selecting a field

• Conversion Table No.

  • The user selects the standard dial table

• Conversion Table Name

  • Completes the system after selecting a table

• Conversion Field No.

  • The user selects the field that needs to be converted

• Conversion Field Name

  • Completes the system after selecting a field

• Description Field No.

  • The user chooses a field with a description

• Description Field Name

  • Completes the system after selecting the previous field

• Insurance Company No.

  • The user selects the insurance company for which the conversion is set up

• Source code

  • Here, the user selects a value from the standard dial that he wants to convert

• Description

  • After selecting the previous field, the system fills in the name

• Target code for the report

  • User enters according to the requirements of the insurance company

• Valid From

  • It is used to limit the validity of the conversion. If the insurance company requires a new encoding from a certain date

  • A user enters the start of a new conversion

• Valid To

  • The user enters an expiration date for the conversion line
