Blocking During Report Generation
If the insurance contracts are proposed to be included in the statement for the insurance company, it is not possible to make changes to the financing contract, i.e. the user cannot create a change copy.
Preparing statements for reporting to the insurance company locks contracts. Other users cannot change the data on the insurance contracts until the statement for the insurance company has been checked and issued. Filling the statement lines locks the contract and blocks the creation of the change copy.
When the system tries to create a change copy, it reports:
The user can delete the statement lines and use the line suggestion function again after the change
Blocking by issued statement
By issuing an insurance statement of type Strain The system blocks the reported period in the Insurance Company Payment Calendar by checking the flags Blocked (Blocked) and Sent (Reported).
The insurance contract period marked in this way is blocked for any changes.
If it is necessary to change the blocked period, these flags can be canceled manually by the user with permission, i.e. the user who has the value of the field Allow Unblock Ins. Reporting =Yes in User settings (Insurance tab).
