To set up online insurance, you need to set up:
Contract with Service Setup
For checking during Online Reporting, there is a Registration Date before Online Insurance field in the Contract with Service Settings. Described in Contract with Service Settings, General tab: Nastavení smluv se službami
Detailed Contract Status
On the detailed status there are flags for online reporting: Insurance Reporting Online, Insurance Product Type Filter and Insurance Policy Check Online. Described in the document Detailed Contract Statuses:Detailní stavy smluv
Insurance Setup
In the Insurance Settings, there is a flag Insurance Reporting. Online. Described in the document Insurance Settings, General tab: Nastavení pojištění
Insurance Framework Agreement
To the Framework Concept. The contract is a flag for setting up authentication and setting up online reporting. Described in the Insurance Framework Contract, General tab: Rámcové smlouvy
Transformations for PO reporting
In the Transformations table for PO reporting, it is possible to set target data codes that are required by the insurance company or the reporting agent to the insurance company. Described in: Transformace pro hlášení Pojištění
Insurance Report Definition
For online reporting, it is possible to use the Insurance Report Definition. Described in Definice reportu pro pojišťovnu
User Setup
To change the date of check-in/check-out on the insurance contract, it is possible to set the right to the user. Described in User Settings, Insurance tab: Nastavení uživatelů
