Z přehledu FIV i z karty FIV je možný tisk dokumentů, který je možné spustit pomocí tlačítka Tisk dokumentů.
Po potvrzení tlačítka OC zobrazí nabídku všech dokumentů, které jsou v tabulce Definice tiskových dokumentů (detailně popsán v Business Setup) nadefinovány pro tisk z finančního vypořádání (ID tabulky=4046805, ID Reportu=4046805) a na které má uživatel právo tisku.
Uživatel vybere dokumenty pro tisk zatržením pole Vybrat a potvrdí OK. OC vytiskne vybrané dokumenty na výchozí tiskárnu.
V případě, že uživatel chce zobrazí náhled anebo uložit vytvořený dokument v jiném formátu It is possible to print documents from the FIV overview and from the FIV card, which can be started using the Print Documents button.
After confirming the OC button, it displays a menu of all documents that are in the Definition of Print Documents table (described in detail in Business Setup ) defined for printing from Financial Settlement (Table ID = 4046805, Report ID = 4046805) and to which the user has the right to print.
The user selects documents for printing by checking the Select check box and confirms OK. OC prints the selected documents to the default printer.
If the user wants to preview or save the created document in another format (např. PDF, Excel, Word), zatrhne i volbu Zadání parametrů a potvrdí check the Parameter input option and confirm OK.
