Nový report pro evidenci dálničních známek k objednání (New report for Highway Tickets To Order). Report se dá spustit vyhledáním reportu přes funkci hledat nebo z hlavní stránky příslušných Role center v nabídce sestavy.
Po kliknutí na popis se otevře dialogové okno Dálniční známky k objednání.
Po spuštění reportu systém vygeneruje seznam dálničních známek rozdílně podle nastavení hodnoty v poli Typ sestavy (Report Type).
Typ sestavy (Report Type)= Nové (New)
Do reportu budou zahrnuty smlouvy, které jsou podepsané anebo aktivní, předmět má vyplněny registrační čísla, má službu Dálniční známky a nemá žádný záznam v Řádcích detailu dálniční známky (Highway Detail Line). Pokud k aktivní smlouvě existuje změnová kopie, tak do reportu padne změnová kopie smlouvy pokud má Status=Active.

Sekce Filtr: Hlavička smlouvy o financování (Financing Contract Header)
Pokud není nastaven žádný filtr, pak se na smlouvy nefiltruje, hledá se ve všech smlouvách
Pokud je nastaven filtr pro konkrétní smlouvu o financování, systém vyhledává jenom ve smlouvách nastavených ve filtru.
Pokud je zadán filtr na pole Stav smlouvy nebo Varianta kalkulace, pak systém dle tohoto uživatelsky zadaného filtru nefiltruje, filtruje jen na tvrdý filtr v kódu (Stav = Podepsaná|Aktívní, Varianta kalkulace = Ne)

Dále hledá jenom smlouvy, kde je vyplněno pole Registrační číslo vozidla (Licence Plate No). (tzn. vozidlo již má registrační číslo)
Z takto dohledaných smluv vyfiltruje jenom smlouvy, které mají v službách smlouvy (Contract Services):

When the report is run, the system generates a list of vignettes differently according to the value setting in the Report Type field.
Report Type = New
The report will include contracts that are signed or active, the subject has registration numbers filled in, has the Highway Ticket service and has no record in the Highway Detail Line. If there is a change copy for an active contract, then the change copy of the contract will be added to the report if it has Status=Active.
The OC searches for suitable contracts with the vignette service as follows:
Filters contracts to:
Status = Signed, Active
Calculation Variant = No
Filter Section: Financing Contract Header
If no filter is set, then it is not filtered for contracts, it is searched in all contracts
If a filter is set for a specific financing contract, the system searches only the contracts set in the filter.
If a filter is set for the Contract Status or Calculation Variant field, then the system does not filter according to this user-defined filter, it filters only to the hard filter in the code (Status = Signed|Active, Calculation variant = No)
Furthermore, it only searches for contracts where the Licence Plate No field is filled in. (i.e. the vehicle already has a registration number)
From the contracts found in this way, it filters only contracts that have contracts in the Contract Services:

Pokud takové služby najde, tak ještě v těchto nalezených službách smlouvy pro dálniční známku, dohledá záznamy v seznamu tabulky Řádky detailu dálniční známky pro nalezené služby, která se nachází na Kartě detailu
Pokud najde založený řádek, který má řádek detailu dálniční známky pro nalezené služby, tak takový řádek služby přeskočí (nevloží je do reportu)

Pokud není nastaven žádný filtr, pak se na služby neaplikuje žádný filtr, hledá se ve všech službách dálničních známek
Pokud je nastaven filtr pro konkrétní filtr, systém vyhledává jenom pro filtrované hodnoty nastavené ve filtru.
Pokud je zadán filtr na pole Stav služby, pak systém dle tohoto uživatelsky zadaného filtru nefiltruje, filtruje jen na tvrdý filtr v kódu (Stav = Příprava|Aktívní)
Sekci Filtr: Řádek detailu dálniční známky (Highway Ticket Detail Line pro Report) pro Type= Nové (New) nepoužívat!!
Typ sestavy (Report Type)= Prodloužení (Existing)
Do reportu budou zahrnuty smlouvy, které jsou aktivní, předmět má vyplněny registrační čísla, má službu Highway Ticket a má záznam v Highway Detail Line, který vyhovuje filtru na Platnost do. Pokud k aktivní smlouvě existuje změnová kopie, tak do reportu padne změnová kopie smlouvy, pokud má Status=Active.

Dál k nalezeným službám dohledá záznamy v záložce v sekci Řádek detailu dálniční známky (Highway Ticket Detail)
Pokud existuje řádek v Highway Ticket Detail filtruje se ještě podle filtru při spuštění reportu, pokud filtr nastavený není tak se do reportu dostanou všechny vyhovující řádky

The report will include contracts that are active, the subject has registration numbers filled in, has the Highway Ticket service and has an entry in the Highway Detail Line that matches the filter to Valid to. If there is a change copy for an active contract, then the change copy of the contract will be included in the report if it has Status=Active.
The OC searches for suitable contracts with the vignette service as follows:

Continue according to the filters in the Filter tab: Financing Contract Header

If there is a row in Highway Ticket Detail, it is still filtered according to the filter when the report is run, if the filter is not set, then all matching rows will be included in the report

Valid To filter from the dialog window (can also be entered in the form of a dateformula)
If the filter is set for a specific Validity To date, it will search for only matching report lines for the found records
It then generates a standard report that can be saved.
