Calculation creation in OC Loans App

 

 

One of the important action is creating Calculation. This chapter describes the process by easy and general way, for more details please follow How to create calculation in detail.

To realizing calculation is necessary to hold on four following steps, which you can find out in video below:

After completing all 4 steps in the video above, you'll see Financing Card with status Calculation.

In this status it's possible to change selected inputs, but in status Active it's possible to change only some calculation parameters throw the changes wizards - How To Change Principal Amount, How To Change Financing Period, How To Change Financing Rate,

Check all the sheets of Financing Card, which consists of consists 8 sheets:

  • General

  • Calculation

  • Customer

  • Invoices

  • Invoicing

  • Guarantee

  • Closing

  • Other

Under button called Process you can see Calculator lines, where it's possible to simulate different situations. There is also Payment calendar, which you can send to customer within the offer.

Note:

After realizing every step in Financing Card, it's necessary to update calculation through button called Calculation, which is situated in section Process. All of the changes you made will be reflected in the Payments Calendar.

You can find printed versions of data within sheet called Reports, which serve to send basic important data to your customers.

 

Copy Calculation

In case you want to create a calculation similar to the existing one, you don't have to realize four steps mentioned upper.

Go to section Action, click on Copy Calculation and you system will automatically create the copy of calculation under new number with all parameters. From this copy it's possible to create another copies.

Note:

Changes realized on original calculation do not influence the copy of this calculation and vice versa.
