Power BI reports in OC Loans App
You can see all the data that is in the Loans App displayed in Power BI reports. The reports are always displayed in the current time and consist of several parts:
Payables
Receivables
Financing Overview
Customer Overview
Portfolio Payment Detail
Contract Termination
Overdue Payments
Contract YTD
Payables
In this section you will find details of open and closed vendor entries, Amount, Remaining Amount including Document types and TOP 10 Vendors.
Receivables
In this section you will find details of open and closed customer entries, Amount, Remaining Amount including Document types and TOP 10 Customers.
Financing Overview
This section displays data about contracts - average interest, principal and financing period.
Customer Overview
This section provides an overview of customer contracts - number, balance, ratio of invoiced to paid amount. The table shows all contracts involved.
Portfolio Payment Detail
In this section you will find the proportion of fees - principal, interest, service, insurance amounts and initial fee. Payment information is also displayed here.
Contract Termination
Simply enter the Expected Termination Date for the relevant period and you will see the details of the expiring contracts.
Overdue Payments
Enter the Payment Due Date for the relevant period and you will then see information about overdue payments.
Contract YTD/PYTD
This section shows a comparison of last year and the current year - Number of Contracts, Average Margin, Interest Amount and Total Principal Amount.
Don't forget that you have the option of using filters in the top bar for a more detailed view.
