The code list is used to classify an object into the commodity structure. The commodity is above the Catalogue Group in the hierarchy.

Description
Enter the user manually, a more detailed description of the commodity
Object Category
Selects the user from the options to assign the commodity to the category
Active
The user switches to N if they no longer want to use the commodity.
