Zobrazí se kliknutím na tlačítko Vytíženost vozidel na Role centre v menu a zobrazuje aktuální stav vytíženosti vozu, jestli je vozidlo zapůjčené, rezervované, volné, nebo se má v ten den vrátit. Vytíženost se může zobrazovat barvičkami nebo textovými stavy vid. popis níže.  

Karta Vytíženosti vozu obsahuje záložky Obecné a Matici vytíženosti vozu.

V záložce Obecné lze nastavit filtry pro filtrování seznamu na:

It is displayed by clicking on the Vehicle Utilization button on the Role Centre in the menu and shows the current status of the car's occupancy, whether the vehicle is rented, reserved, available or to be returned on that day. Occupancy can be displayed in colors or text statuses vid. description below.  

The Vehicle Load Factor card contains the General tabs and the Car Load Matrix.

On the General tab, you can set filters to filter the list to: 

• Date Filter 

  Filtr stavu km (Tachometer Status Filter) 

  • User enters a data filter e.g. (01.01.2022 .. 20.02.2022) 

  • Matice se po zadáni filtru změní jenom na řádky vyhovujících výpůjček 

• Skupina (Group) 

  • Filtr pro tarifní skupinu ceníku  

  • Musí Uživatel zadat ručně a jenom jednu tarifní skupinu 

• Druh (Type) 

  • výběr z přednastavených hodnot (Osobní, Motocykl, Přívěs, Nákladní, Speciální) 

  • Defaultní hodnota nastavena na Osobní 

• Vráceno (Returned) 

  • Hodnoty Všechny/Ano/Ne 

  • Výchozí pro pole Vráceno je Ano. 

• Vozidla vlastní flotily (Own Fleet Vehicle Filter) 

  • Filtruje seznam na vozidla vlastní flotily nebo na vozidla třetích stran 

  • Defaultně zakliknuty na Ano (zobrazení vlastních vozidel)

• • Uživatel zadá filtr km pro zobrazení vozů z vyhovujícími aktuálně zadanými km na kartě vozu. NapřOnce the filter is entered, the matrix will only be changed to matching circulation rows 

• Group 

  • Filter for price list tariff group  

  • The User must enter manually and only one fare group 

• Type

  • Choice of preset values (Car, Motorcycle, Trailer, Cargo, Special) 

  • Default value set to Personal 

• Returned 

  • Values All/Yes/No 

  • The default for the Returned field is Yes. 

• Own Fleet Vehicle Filter 

  • Filters the list to own fleet vehicles or third-party vehicles 

  • By default, click Yes (display of own vehicles)

• Tachometer Status Filter 

  • The user enters a km filter to display cars with matching the currently entered km on the car card. E.g.: (<120000&>60000) 

• Filtr data konce leasing (Leasing Ending Date Filter) 

  Uživatel zadá datový filtr např

  Filter 

  • The user enters a data filter, e.g. (01.01.2022..20.02.2022) pro zobrazení vozů kterým konči datum leasing v zadaném filtru 

Zobrazované textové stavy řídí tabulka detailních položek a pole Vozidlo dočasně nedostupné se mění na kartě vozu autopůjčovny 

Textové stavy: 

• Nezadáno (Non Assigned) 

• Nedostupné (Unavailable) 

• Rezervováno (Reserved)  

• K dispozici / Rezervováno (Available / Reserved) 

• K dispozici / Vypůjčeno (Available / Rented) 

• Vypůjčeno (Rented) 

...

• • to display cars whose lease date ends in the specified filter 

The displayed text statuses are controlled by the table of detailed items and the Vehicle temporarily unavailable field is changed on the car rental card 

Text statuses:
