V přehledu i na kartě zákazníka se nachází faktbox Statistika zákazníka. Slouží na shrnutí rychlých informací o daném zákazníkovi.
Obsahuje kalkulovaná pole, která po rozkliknutí otevřou příslušný přehled filtrovaný na daného zákazníka.
Faktbox Profitabilita zákazníka (Factbox Customer Profitability)
Faktbox obsahuje součtové údaje ze smlouvy zákazníka (detailní popis výpočtů viz Contract with Services a Contract without Services)
Na zjišťování profitability zákazníků existuje i report, který je zařazen do role centra Akce – Sestavy – Profitabilita zákazníka.

In the overview and on the customer card, there is a factbox Customer Statistics. It is used to summarize quick information about a given customer.
It contains calculated fields that, when clicked, open the relevant overview filtered to the customer.
Faktbox Customer Profitability
Faktbox contains total data from the customer's contract (for a detailed description of the calculations, see Contract With Services and Contract Without Services )
There is also a report to determine customer profitability, which is included in the role of the Events – Reports – Customer Profitability hub.
