Leasingová společnost obdrží od pojišťovny dokument se seznamem neplatičů pojistného. Neplatiče pojistného je možné evidovat v seznamu neplatičů, který je možné zobrazit z Role centra Insurance přes volbu Individuální pojištění / Neplatiči individuálního pojištění.

Uživatel vybere smlouvu o financování, které se oznámení z pojišťovny týká. Výběrem leasingové smlouvy se doplní údaje o stavu a detailním stavu leasingové smlouvy, údaje o zákazníkovi a prodejci
Číslo pojistné smlouvy (Insurance Contract No.)
Uživatel vybere individuální pojistnou smlouvu ze seznamu pojistných smluv zafiltrováného na smlouvu o financování a pojistný produkt s Druhem produktu = Majetkové. Výběrem pojistné smlouvy systém doplní údaje o předmětu
Stav (Status)
Výchozí stav při založení záznamu je Aktivní (Active). Pokud se z neplatiče stane storno, uživatel musí změnit na Neaktivní (Inactive) ručně
Neupomínat do (Not Reminder To)
Uživatel může zadat datum, do kterého nebude probíhat upomínkový proces.
K evidenci neplatičů je možno zaznamenávat poznámky. Status
The default state when creating a record is Active. If the defaulter becomes a cancellation, the user must change to Inactive manually
Not Reminder To
The user can enter a date until which the reminder process will not take place.
It is possible to record notes on the registration of defaulters. For each note, the program records the date of writing.
