Na rámcové pojistné smlouvě uživatel může zadat typy požadovaných dokumentů k pojistné smlouvě. Požadované dokumentu může dále upřesnit např. pro pojistnou sadu.

Na pojistné smlouvě může uživatel zaevidovat kontrolu konkrétních požadovaných dokumentů přes volbu Proces / Požadované dokumenty z přehledu pojistných smluv anebo z karty pojistné smlouvy.

Po potvrzení volby systém zobrazí přehled požadovaných dokumentů.

In the insurance framework contract, the user can enter the types of required documents for the insurance contract. The required document can be further specified, e.g. for an insurance set.

On the insurance contract, the user can register the inspection of specific required documents via the Process / Requested Documents from the list of insurance contracts or from the insurance contract card.

After confirming the selection, the system will display an overview of the required documents.

• Requested Document Type Code

  • The user selects the type of document they are reviewing

• Status

  • The user selects the document status from the options:

    • Delivered

    • Fault

    • OK (OK)

• Souvisí s financováním (Related To Financing)

  • Uživatel označí, zda dokument souvisí s financováním

  Závažnost

  • The user indicates whether the document is related to financing

• Severity (Relevance)

  • Uživatel vybere úroveň závažnosti z možnostíThe user selects the severity level from the options:

  Stupeň kontroly (Control Level)

  • Uživatel vybere z možností

    • Nízká (Low)

    • Středně nízká (Medium–low)

    • Středně vysoká (Medium–high)

    • Vysoká (High)

• Kód chyby (Fault Code)

  • V případě chyby v dokumentu uživatel vybere kód chyby. Jedná se o uživatelský číselník, do kterého lze přidávat

  • Uživatel zadá termín opravy
