The main reports/documents - Rental Contract and Handover Protocol are available in Rent Card and can be modified and designed with your logo, company details etc.
Handover Protocol
After clicking on Handover Protocol you will see Handover Protocol Card which contains basic information about Taking-Over and Returning of rent item.
Click on button Print Protocol and see all information are reflected from system into protocol.
Note:
You are able to note the damage on concretely rent - click on Manage and Damages. This damage is also reflected into damaged rent item (on rent item card). In case the damage is still actual, don't forget to note this damage as active.
The damage is also shown in Handover Protocol. In case the item was damaged before you rent it and is still active, you will see it in part Taking-over damages. In case the item was damaged by you during the rent, it will be shown in part Returning damages.

After clicking on button Print Contract you will see the card, when you can choose from options:

In case you want to see the rental contract, click on Preview and Close.
