Faktbox Customer Statistics
In the overview and on the customer card, there is a factbox Customer Statistics. It is used to summarize quick information about a given customer.
It contains calculated fields that, when clicked, open the relevant overview filtered to the customer.
Faktbox Customer Profitability
Faktbox contains total data from the customer's contract (for a detailed description of the calculations, see Smlouva se službami and Smlouva bez služeb)
There is also a report to determine customer profitability, which is included in the role of the Events – Reports – Customer Profitability hub.
