Uživatel může vytvořit povolení servisu:
z předmětu financování
z pojistné události
ze smlouvy o financování
Povolení servisu z předmětu financování
Pro zadání povolení servisu může uživatel na přehledu předmětů zafiltrovat např. registrační značku vozidla zadá do vyhledávacího pole.
Na přehledu předmětů je pro rychlou informaci uživatele Fact Box, zda na smlouvě daného předmětu má zákazník předplacené služby.
Přes tlačítko Proces na přehledu předmětů uživatel vybere Povolení servisu.
Na přehledu povolení servisu přes tlačítko Nový otevře kartu pro zadání nového povolení servisu.
Nejdříve je třeba vyplnit pole Hlavičky povolení servisu.
Na základě předmětu systém přenesl údaje o předmětu, smlouvě a zákazníkovi do hlavičky povolení servisu.
Uživatel musí vybrat dodavatele, případně obchodní místo, zapsat stav tachometru, vybrat Druh a Typ služby. To jsou důležitá pole pro hlavičku povolení servisu.
Povolení servisu z pojistné události
Uživatel může povolení servisu zadat přímo z karty pojistné události.
Na přehledu povolení servisu pak přes ikonku Nový založí nové povolení servisu.
Údaje o předmětu, smlouvě a zákazníkovi systém doplní z pojistné události a přednastaví i Druh a Typ služby.
“Typ služby” systém doplní z Nastavení smluv se službami - pole “Výchozí typ služby pojistné události”. Uživatel může změnit.
Povolení servisu ze smlouvy
Uživatel může zadat povolení servisu také ze smlouvy o financování.
Pokud po otevření přehledu povolení servisu zadá Nový, systém přenese údaje o smlouvě, předmětu a zákazníkovi do povolení servisuA user can create a maintenance permission:

Maintenance Permission from the Financed Object
To enter a service permission, the user can filter the item overview, e.g. enter the license plate number of the vehicle in the search field.
On the list of items, there is a Fact Box for quick information of the user whether the customer has prepaid services on the contract of the item.
Using the Process button on the item overview, the user selects Maintenance Permission.
On the list of maintenance permissions, click on the New button to open a card for entering a new service permission.
First, you need to fill in the Maintenance Permission Headers field.
Based on the subject, the system transferred the item, contract, and customer data to the service permission header.
The user has to select a supplier or a business location, write down the mileage, select Type and Type of service. These are important fields for the Maintenance Permission header.
Maintenance Permission from an Insurance Claim
The user can enter the maintenance permission directly from the insurance claim card.
On the list of maintenance permissions, use the New icon to create a new service permission.
The system will fill in the information about the subject, the contract and the customer from the insured event and will also pre-set the Type and Type of Service.
The system will add the "Service Type" from the Contract with Service Settings - the "Default Insurance Claim Service Type" field. The user can change.
Contract Maintenance Permission
The user can also specify maintenance permission from the financing contract.
If, after opening the Maintenance Permission list, the system enters New, the system transfers the Contract, Object, and Customer data to the Maintenance Permission.
