Pro spuštění hromadné přípravy předmětu uživatel buď:
V přehledu předmětů financování označí předměty, u kterých chce provést přípravu anebo
Zadá čísla předmětů financování v průvodci přípravou předání
Po potvrzení funkce systém zobrazí dialogové okno, které obsahuje pole:
Záložka Možnosti
Očekávané datum předání
Systém předvyplní aktuální datum
Uživatel může změnit
Kód ukončení
Vybere uživatel z tabulky Ukončení pojištění kód, který systém doplní na před-pojistku do pole Kód ukončení.
Filtr: Předmět financování
V případě, že uživatel:
Před spuštěním funkce označil více předmětů, systém přednastaví filtr na pole Stav a vyplní pole stavy smluv vybraných předmětů
Spustil funkci z jednoho předmětu, systém přednastaví filtre na pole Číslo a předvyplní číslem předmětu, z kterého byla funkce spuštěna. Uživatel může přidat další předměty
Filtr: Hlavička smlouvy o financování
Uživatel může pro definici předmětu pro zpracování použít i filtr dle polí hlavičky smlouvy o financování.
Následně už systém pokračuje jako v případě přípravy předání předmětu pro samostatný předmět (Příprava předání předmětu ) a postupně zpracovává vybrané předměty.
V případě, že na některých předmětech/smlouvách byly chyby, po skončení úlohy systém zobrazí hlášku „Úloha byla dokončena s chybami – viz log.“ Po potvrzení OK zobrazí Chybový log zafiltrovaný na chyby daného případu.
