V tabulce se nastavují pracovní odpovědnosti, které se potom vybírají na kontakt. Jedná se o odpovědnosti, které má tato osoba v rámci firmy, pod kterou je zařazená. Následně se tento údaj využívá v rámci automatického vyhledávaní emailových adres při zasílaní automatických emailů z nastavených úloh a kontrol v systému.
