Kontakt je rozdělen na záložkyThe contact is divided into tabs:

• Obecné (General)

  Základní informace o kontaktu (číslo, název/jméno, typ kontaktu, kód právní formy, kód právní subjektivity, registr atd

  • Basic contact information (number, name, contact type, legal form code, legal subjectivity code, register, etc.)

• Historie (History)

  • V záložce se zobrazuje standartní seznam „Položek protokolu interakcí“ s tím rozdílem, že na kartě kontaktu se ukazují jenom interakce daného kontaktu. Filtr na Číslo kontaktu a Číslo společnosti

• Komunikace (Communication)

  • Komunikační údaje kontaktu (kód registrační adresy, registrační adresa, telefon, fax, email, korespondenční adresa)

• Osobní údaje (Personal Data)

  • Údaje pro export do NRKI (Rodné číslo, rodné jméno, číslo dokladu, pohlaví, funkce atd.)

• Zahraniční obchod (Foreign Trade)

  • Údaje spojené se zahraničním obchodováním (Kód měny, DIČ atd.)

• Ostatní (Ostatní)

  • Ostatní údaje (VIP kategorie, RISK, Osoba oprávněná k podpisu smlouvy 1, atd.)

• Řidič (Driver)

  • Údaje týkající se osoby, která je řidič, využívá se při operativním leasingu

• Profilový dotazník (Profile Questionnaire)

  • Doplňující informace o kontaktu (Otázky, odpovědi)

Na kartě se nacházejí následující důležitá tlačítka:

• Alternativní adresy

  • otevírá přehled alternatívních adres kontaktu (popis viz dál)

• Zákazník/Dodavatel/Banka

  • otevírá přehled obchodních vztahů, tzn. jaké typy partnerů byly z kontaktu již vytvořeny

• Smlouvy o financování

  • otevírá přehled smluv daného kontaktu

• Pojistné smlouvy

  • otevírá přehled pojistných smluv daného kontaktu

• Rating kontaktu

  • otevírá přehled ratingů kontaktu (popis viz dál)

• Obchodní místa kontaktu

  • otevírá přehled obchodních míst kontaktu (nákladových střediska kontaktu, popis viz dál)

• Skupinová propojení kontaktu

  • Otevírá přehled Propojení kontaktu ve vztahu: Mateřská společnost, Dceřina společnost, Sesterská společnost (popis viz dál)

• Communications

  • opens an overview of alternative contact addresses (see below for description)

• Customer/Supplier/Bank

  • opens an overview of business relations, i.e. what types of partners have already been created from the contact

  • opens the contact's contract overview

• Insurance Contracts

  • Opens an overview of the contact's insurance contracts

• Contact Rating

  • Opens an overview of the contact's ratings (see below for description)

• Contact Business Places

  • opens an overview of the contact's business points (contact's cost centers, see below for a description)

• Contact Group Relations

  • Opens the Relation Contact Linkage overview: Parent Company, Subsidiary, Sister Company (see below for description)
