This module performs two functions:
It is designed to record clear and transparent information about how our organization manages personal data for consent
Granting consents, for marketing events (type = company). Based on the granted consent, it is possible to send various marketing events and invitations to the contact.
All consent requests will be recorded on the contact card. Each consent has its own status, date of creation and expiration date and data that are recorded for the given consent (set on the consent template from which the consent is created). Each consent will be created with the specified consent template.
NavigationModul evidence souhlasů v OneCore plní dvě funkce:
je určený na zaznamenaní jasných a transparentních informací o tom, jako OneCore eviduje udělené/zamítnuté souhlasy a jaké osobní údaje se v rámci souhlasu můžou použít
Evidence souhlasů, pro marketingové akce (typ = společnost). Na základě uděleného souhlasu, je možné kontaktu odesílat různé marketingové akce, pozvánky.
Na kartě kontaktu se budou evidovat všechny žádosti o souhlas. Každý souhlas má svůj stav, datum založení a datum expirace a údaje které se evidují pro dany souhlas (nastavené na šabloně souhlasu, z které se souhlas vytváří). Každý souhlas se bude vytvářet so zadanou šablonou souhlasu.
