For the fuel card service, it is possible to define discounts according to individual products, for which it is necessary to set the fuel card product code list. This setting is used when importing fuel card transactions. It is also possible to issue a one-off fee from the fuel card, but this requires setting up a code list for fuel card fee types. The service is defined in relation to the period of the rate, but it is also possible to define a fee for the issuance of the card, which will be dissolved into installments. When calculating the fuel service, the rate period is then taken into account so that the amount for the calculation is correctly calculated and the fee for issuing the fuel card is added to it.

Fuel Card Type Products

Fuel card type products are used to define fuel card transaction products for re-invoicing to clients, both for billing and for the definition of discounts if clients are provided with discounts on individual products.

Field:

Fuel Card Customer Nos.

Fuel Card Pricelist

The fuel card price list is used to keep track of fuel cards, their rates, discounts and fees. The records are then used to calculate the fuel card service and reinvoice transactions.

In the table, the user defines all types of fuel cards that he provides to clients.

The user must set up as many fuel card price lists as there are service ranges. By selecting the service of the financing product / contract, the user then selects a price list with the given scope of service under the "Service Code":

Služba tankovací karta je základom pro management tankovacích karet a jejich transakcí.

Ke službě tankovací karta je možné definovat slevy dle jednotlivých produktů, k čemu je potřeba nastavit číselník produktů tankovací karty. Toto nastavení se využívá při importu transakcí z tankovacích karet. Z tankovací karty je také možné vystavit jednorázový poplatek, což ovšem vyžaduje nastavení číselníku typů poplatků tankovací karty. Služba se definuje v návaznosti na období sazby, ale je zde možné také zadefinovat poplatek za vydání karty, který se rozpustí do splátek. Při kalkulaci služby tankovací se následně pohlíží na období sazby, aby byla správně vypočtena částka do kalkulace a k ní se přičte poplatek za vydání tankovací karty.

Produkty typu tankovací karty (Fuel Card Type Products)

Produkty typu tankovací karty slouží pro definici produktů transakcí tankovací karty pro přefakturaci klientům, jednak pro účtování a jednak pro definici slev, pokud by se klientům poskytovaly slevy na jednotlivé produkty.

    • Uživatel zadá unikátní kód produktu typu tankovací karty

  • Popis produktu (Product Name)

    • Uživatel zadá detailní popis produktu typu tankovací karty

  • Kód standardního prodeje (Standard Sales Code)

    • Uživatel vybere kód standardního prodeje, pomocí kterého se bude účtovat daný produkt a dotáhne se DPH

  • Typ produktu (Product Type)

    • Uživatel zařadí daný produkt do jedné z kategorie Nafta, Benzín, Oleje/maziva, Mytí, Dálniční poplatky/mýtné, Ostatní

    • Podle této hodnoty se následně grupují součty v příloze za transakce z tankovacích karet

Typy tankovací karty (Fuel Card Types)

Číselník je určený pro evidenci označení typů karet dodavatelem. Typ tankovací karty dodavatele vyžaduje dodavatel uvádět na objednávkách tankovacích karet.

    • Vyplní uživatel

Zákaznické čísla tankovacích karet (Fuel Card Customer Nos.)

Číselník je určený pro evidenci zákaznických čísel dodavatele pro objednávky TK a slevy dodavatele. Dodavatel vyžaduje posílat objednávku se zákaznickým číslem. Může existovat vice zákaznických čísel u daného dodavatele.

Ceník tankovacích karet (Fuel Card Pricelist)

Ceník tankovacích karet slouží pro evidenci tankovacích karet, jejich sazeb, slev a poplatků. Záznamy se následně využívají pro kalkulaci služby tankovací karta a refakturaci transakcí.

V tabulce uživatel definuje veškeré typy tankovacích karet, které poskytuje klientům.

Ceníků tankovacích karet musí uživatel nastavit tolik, kolik je rozsahů služeb. Výběrem služby produktu financování / smlouvy pak uživatel volí pod „Kódem služby“ vlastně ceník s daným rozsahem služby:

Fuel card rates are the basis for the payment, i.e. the calendar of the service.

Na ceníku tankovacích karet jsou navázány Sazby TK, Slevy a Jednorázové poplatky.

Sazby tankovací karty jsou podkladem pro splátku, tj. pro kalendář dané služby.
