Základní vzor obsahuje list Data, který je stejný pro objednávku i blokaci a plní jej systém. Je třeba vždy upravit první list, podle toho, zda se jedná o objednávku nebo blokaci a přizpůsobit pořadí sloupců požadavkům tankovací společnosti. První list obsahuje excelovské funkce, které dotahují obsah z listu Data. Třetí list Vzor DataSetu je ukázka, jak vypadá po naplnění list Data a slouží pro usnadnění mapování prvního listu.

Pokud je požadovaná objednávka ve Wordu, je třeba použít standardního rozvržení sestav.
Rozvržení sestav přes Word je použité také pro tělo e-mailu. Z toho důvodu musí pro objednávky tankovacích karet být nastavena alespoň jedna definice tiskového výstupu přes Kód rozvržení sestavy.
Při nastavování je třeba vytvořit Vlastní rozvržení sestav – nový řádek a vybrat číslo reportu s DataSetem pro word:

Definice tiskového výstupu – Excel (Printout Definition – Excel)
Pro vytvoření objednávky v Excelu využijeme šablonu v excelu, která obsahuje prázdný list s názvem DATA. Tento list bude plnit systém DataSetem a pomocí standardních excelových funkcí přeneseme data na vzorový list požadovaný dodavatelem.
Do nově založeného řádku v Definici tiskových výstupů je třeba nejdříve Importovat šablonu. Může to být soubor se vzorem od společnosti, kde je přidaný nový prázdný list DATA pro plnění DataSetem:

Email pro odeslání objednávky (Email for sending the order)
V “Definici tiskových výstupů” můžeme použít k odeslání emailu buď přímo cílovou emailovou adresu (pole “Odeslat na mailovou adresu”), nebo pracovní odpovědnost (pole “Odestlat na prac.odpovědnost”), která je nastavena na kontaktní osobu dodavatele.
Kontaktní osoba dodavatele (Contact person of the vendor)
Údaje z kontaktní osoby dodavatele využíváme pro příjemce emailu. Je to kontaktní osoba, které email posíláme – příjemce emailu.
Tato osoba musí mít na kartě kontaktu přes tlačítko Pracovní odpovědnosti nastavený příslušný „Kód pracovní odpovědnosti“.
Pracovní odpovědnost – kontakt pro objednávky (Job Responsibility – contact for orders)
Kontaktní osobě musí být přidělena Pracovní odpovědnost – označení pracovníka pro objednávky.
Pracovní odpovědnost je stejná jako v Definici tiskových výstupů
Na tuto pracovní odpovědnost se budou zasílat objednávky.
Zaměstnanec leasingové společnosti (Employee of the leasing company)
Uživatel, který objednávku posílá musí mít založenu kartu zaměstnance. Údaje ze zaměstnance využíváme pro toho, kdo posílá – zaměstnanec leasingové společnosti. Zaměstnanec je odesílatel emailu. Uživatel, který spustil objednávky.
