Číselník Země a oblasti se používá k nastaveni krajin anebo území, které jsou potom přirazené na kartu adresy. Na kartě dodavatele se kódy země a oblasti používají ve spojení s hlášením INTRASTAT a souhrnným hlášením.
V číselníku je možné nastavit formát anebo umístnění adresy atd.
Pole:
Kód (Code)
Unikátní kód Země nebo území. Doporučuje se nastavit tak, aby z něj bylo zřejmé o jakou zemi se jedná. Může být zadán v textové, číselné formě nebo v kombinaci textu a čísla s maximální délkou 10 znaků.
Název (Name)
Název země/oblasti
Kód ISO (ISO Code)
Unikátní kód Země nebo území. Může být zadán v textové, číselné formě nebo v kombinaci textu a čísla s maximální délkou 10 znaků.
Číselný kód ISO (ISO Numeric Code)
Určuje třímístné kódové číslo definované v normě ISO 3166-1.
Formát adresy (Address Format)
Určuje formát adresy, která je zobrazena na externích dokladech. Můžete propojit formát adresy a kód země/oblasti tak, aby externí doklady založené na kartách nebo dokladech s tímto kódem země/oblasti využívaly formát zadané adresy. Poznámka: Pokud je vyplněno pole Kraj, pak bude kraj vytištěn nad zemí/regionem, pokud nevyberete volbu Město + Kraj + PSČ.

Určuje, kde se má jméno kontaktu zobrazovat v poštovných adresách.

Specifies where to Contact Name display in mailing addresses.
